I am a coffee addict, a husband, a father, and a leader. My entire career has been about helping people see their potential and giving them the tools to go after that whole-heartedly.
While at work, I focus on working hard so that while at home, I get to play hard with my family. My current role at Danco gives me the freedom and the energy to do that.
I get excited when I am able to improve someone’s knowledge, confidence and understanding of their position. Whether it’s helping a client realize what is best for their facility or the value of what we do, helping a leader uncover and formulate the solution from within themselves, helping people with their personal finances, or helping someone simply enjoy life and encourage them to live it to its fullest…I love being a part of improving their life.
I am a patient, critical thinker with a “fatherly” personality. My strengths in the workplace come from my background in financial counseling and pastoral leadership. I’m great at letting people bounce ideas off of me and helping them figure out solutions.
