With over 20 years of experience in human capital management, I am the Chief Strategy Officer at American Health & Wellness, a leading benefit advisor in Indiana. My mission is to help businesses lower their healthcare expenses, offer quality benefits, and improve the health and well-being of their employees and their families. We have extensive experience in employee benefits consulting, corporate wellness programs, and healthcare reform.
We have a team of nurses, health coaches and pharmacists who provide proactive and strategic wellness services to our clients, ranging from biometric testing, diet and nutrition counseling, wellness seminars, stress and weight management programs and more. Our unique integration of employee benefits and wellness programs has resulted in multiple awards and recognition for our clients, as well as reduced costs and increased productivity. My team at American Health & Wellness has strategies that offer our clients a 360-degree solution to improve the health of their workforce which lowers claims and improves the loss ratio. Clients can see a 20-30% reduction in cost while creating a culture of wellness that helps attract and retain top talent.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, I have more than 25 years of sales and strategic business development experience. I work with clients and prospects to determine which strategies directly align with their goals. Within my role, I drive continued growth for the company and focus on cultivating new business relationships to which AHW can bring exceptional value and provide lower benefit plan costs through a strategic approach that help attract and retain top talent. Personally, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two girls, dogs, watching football and traveling.
